With over 20 years of experience in HR and People leadership across the creative and tech sectors, I specialise in helping founder-led businesses scale with purpose—while keeping culture and values at the core.

My approach is both strategic and human. I focus on building scalable operations that align with business goals, while ensuring clarity, equity, and engagement are embedded throughout the employee experience.
