HAVE EMAILED REQUESTING REVIEWS
"Her contribution undoubtedly ensured a successful outcome for all"
"Sinead's pragmatic and commercial approach in advising her clients shines through even when dealing with complex or technical areas of law."

I have nearly 15 years’ post-qualification experience assisting a broad range of employee and employer clients.
I represent individuals in matters encompassing the full spectrum of litigious employment law. I have developed particular specialisms advising employees in disability discrimination cases and assisting those who have been subjected to ill-treatment at work having blown the whistle on malpractice within an organisation. In addition, I regularly advise individuals on employment contracts and related contractual disputes, including in relation to complex post-termination restrictions and entitlements under a wide variety of benefit schemes.
A large part of my disability discrimination practice involves advising individuals suffering with mental health issues, and, in a related sphere, I also represent claimants in actions for personal/psychiatric injury arising from stress at work.
Working with businesses, I provide strategic and commercial advice on a variety of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including: redundancy exercises; disciplinary and performance management processes; breaches of restrictive covenants by former employees; and, reviewing and updating employment procedures and practices.
In every matter, I believe in identifying and adopting a strategic approach from an early stage to help the client achieve their objectives. This ensures that I am able to provide practical, realistic, and cost-effective advice tailored to each client’s specific aims and requirements.
I began working with Kilgannon & Partners LLP as a consultant in December 2020, having previously trained and worked with several London-based firms specialising in employment law.
What clients say...
“Thank you, for taking [my case] on and believing in me. I struggle to explain why it mattered so much, to fight back against these people. It did though and I’m not certain how I could have moved past it, without being given the agency to move through it. You gave me that and it was a gift. … I’m doing well. It feels a huge weight has been lifted and I’m thinking of the future.”
“I appreciate all your help and advice with this matter. It’s been brilliant talking to you and I’ve felt very much supported throughout.”
“It has been a pleasure working with you. I think you did a great job supporting me on the case in a difficult time for me and the family. It is greatly appreciated. Good luck for your future endeavours and many thanks.”
