With over 20 years’ experience advising businesses and individuals on employment law and HR matters, it’s fair to say I’ve seen and dealt with most work-place issues.

My approach is simple and two-fold. Firstly, I ensure clients receive expert and practical advice, which often means helping them find bespoke solutions to the problems they face. Secondly, I ensure clients receive an excellent service, which basically means responding promptly and effectively. Often the work I’m involved in has short deadlines, so an urgent response is imperative. 

This approach and my level of experience means I am often able to achieve outcomes that surpass client expectations. 

In 2019, I decided to launch a specialist employment law firm; one that harnesses modern technology and working practices, to allow the firm to focus solely on supporting its clients. 

Prior to starting Kilgannon & Partners, I successfully led a growing team of employment lawyers and gained experience in performing various management roles (marketing, IT, finance), which enhances the advice I am able to give to my clients. As a result, I also act as outsourced HR Director to a number of businesses enabling them to ensure their staff are aligned to the overall business strategy.
