I advise on all aspects of employment law, with a strategic focus on providing practical, commercially minded legal support for employers.

I’m 20 years qualified and work with organisations and employees to find clear, workable solutions to workplace issues, including unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, performance concerns, strategic exits, TUPE, and the effective management of disciplinary and grievance processes.

I’m passionate about securing the best outcome for my clients and I’m known for setting out the risk and reward of different strategies in a straightforward way, so people can make confident decisions based on what matters most to them.

I have acted in a number of reported and high-profile Employment Tribunal cases, including complex discrimination matters, cases involving blue-chip organisations, class actions, and work involving highly sensitive data (including matters subject to restricted press reporting). On a day-to-day basis, I provide dedicated legal support to a select number of organisations, supporting them with their wider HR and employment law needs as a trusted advisor.

I also specialise in data protection issues in the employment context and have carried out a number of GDPR audits for organisations, helping them reduce risk and strengthen governance.

Outside of work, I’m a proud supporter of Oakleaf Mental Health Charity and a member of its Mental Health Leaders Network. In 2023, I ran a half marathon and raised over £1,000 for the charity. I enjoy golf and sunny holidays, especially when the two can be combined.
