Seamless Immigration Support
Our business immigration lawyers specialise in advising individuals and businesses (both UK and international) on their Visa and immigration needs. We are trusted by businesses of all sizes and across sectors, ranging from multi-national corporations and large UK-based employers to start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs
Our approach
Deep experience: Our team has spent at least 15 years practising exclusively as immigration lawyers.
Commerciality: The value we add to your business is our legal and commercial judgement. We will explain your options in any given situation but, importantly, we will always tell you what we think you should do (and why).
Relationships: We invest significant time in getting to know your business, your priorities and the sectors and markets in which you operate. We are trusted business advisers to many clients who have worked with our lawyers for several years.
Cost-effectiveness: As a modern law firm with efficient internal systems and no artificial targets for our lawyers, we are not constricted by the financial models operated by most larger law firms. We pass this benefit to our clients through our approach to pricing [insert link to Our Approach to Pricing].
Responsiveness: Your business is important to us and we recognise that many issues require time-sensitive solutions. We are used to working to tight deadlines and are there when you need us.
Networks: We work collaboratively with our extended network of experts in other legal and professional services disciplines (both in the UK and internationally), so that you always get the best support. We are always happy to offer introductions.

Pricing made simple
Our approach to pricing
Our approach to pricing is based on three core principles:
Simple
Our approach is easy to understand. Whatever basis we agree for charging and paying for our services, there are no complicated fee structures, conditions or caveats.
Transparent
We will set out in writing the scope of support we have been asked to give and agree with you the cost (or estimated cost) of that work in advance. Where the scope changes or additional work is required out of scope, we will explain why and seek approval before continuing.
Certain
We understand that legal spend needs to be managed internally. Our approach allows in-house legal, HR and management teams to set legal budgets with confidence.
Yes, we have hourly rates. Some clients prefer them and we think they give a useful market comparison to other firms.
But we are not wedded to them. We believe that legal costs should reflect the value and output of our advice, not the time input.
We regularly undertake immigration work on a fixed fee basis or can offer monthly retainers in the right cases. We keep these arrangements under periodic review, to ensure they are working for you and us. Simple, transparent and certain.
As a guiding principle, our standard hourly rates (excluding VAT) are £400 - £595 for Partners and Consultants, and £350 for a Senior Associate. However, these will vary from case to case, depending on: (a) the experience of the lawyer advising your business; (b) the complexity of the legal and practical issues; and (c) time sensitivity.
