I have extensive experience advising and representing both Claimants and Respondents across a wide range of employment law matters, gained through working as in-house legal counsel and in private practice.

I’m known for giving clear, pragmatic guidance with a commercially focused approach that helps businesses achieve their objectives. I work closely with HR leaders, executives and operational teams, partnering effectively to navigate the full spectrum of employment law challenges with clarity and confidence.

I advise on all aspects of employment law, including day-to-day HR advisory work (grievances, investigations and resolving workplace disputes), TUPE transfers, senior-level disputes, organisational change, and employment litigation (including contractual disputes, all forms of discrimination, unfair dismissal and TUPE-related claims). I also advise on trade union matters, support with contracts and policy drafting, and deliver employment law training to stakeholders.

I have a strong track record of resolving sensitive disputes and helping organisations strengthen governance and reduce legal exposure through proactive risk management and process improvement.

I’m fluent in English and Kutchi, and I have conversational proficiency in Urdu, Gujarati and Hindi, which supports cultural awareness and strong communication in my work.

Outside of practice, I’m passionate about current affairs, international politics and human rights, and I love dancing.
