We can team up with a recommended HR Business Partner who can attend on-site to deal directly with any issues you may be facing that require on-site support.  The HR Business Partner will work under our supervision. The typical areas upon which your dedicated HR Business Partner may assist include; recruitment, disciplinary investigations, grievance/redundancy/appraisal meetings, mediation and outplacement. 

Your dedicated HR Business Partner is also able to carry out specific HR project work should you require it. We would submit a proposal for each specific requirement you may have.
