Most businesses will need some degree of on-site HR support. There is usually a high amount of HR Admin that needs to be undertaken and, as a business grows, so too can the need for a dedicated HR Manager to support the business and its staff.

Where we are regularly advising on HR issues, we can support a wide range of businesses that have different HR requirements.  

We often support smaller businesses (less than 50 employees), by helping the MD or FD with HR. We offer fixed priced contracts so the business knows the cost of obtaining unlimited advice from us. We act as your outsourced HR Support; allowing the business to receive expert and practical advice on any HR issues it faces.

Equally we act for many larger businesses where there is an employed HR Manager, who we support, in the same way, by giving expert and unlimited advice for a fixed annual fee.

Outsourced HR Director

Owing to the experience we have as employment lawyers, and the various businesses we have owned/managed, we can act as your Outsourced HR Director. This allows us to work with the senior management team to look at the business and help prepare a people plan.

The people plan will allow you to identify HR issues within your business, but importantly it will work alongside your overall business plan; allowing the business to achieve its objectives by ensuring the staff are working and aligned to your overall strategy.
